The Course:

This 5k (3.2mi) trail run leaves from the Teamworks parking lot, through a dirt road, crosses one street, then continues through a series of trails in the Route 2 state conservation land. It is a relatively flat run, that is well marked, and will have volunteers stationed throughout the course. All proceeds will benefit the Franciscan Hospital for Children.

Policies:

* Registration or preregistration is required as well as completion of a limited liability form. Race is open to ages 8 and up, but youth under 14 must be accompanied by adult at all times on the race course. * There are no dogs allowed on the race course. * No ipods or other electronic music devices are allowed during the race.

Prizes:

Medals for top 3 finishers in each wave will be awarded.

Post Race:

Stay for the day at our outdoor pool and enjoy food and beverages....Or compete in our Ultimate Fitness Challenge - teams of 3 compete in 5 different events including sled pulls, long jump, and relay races.
