This new exhibit features framed wildflower illustrations with text by Thornton W. Burgess taken from two of his books, "Wildflowers We Know" and "Wildflowers We Should Know" published in 1929.

Also included is a wonderful display of antique scent receptacles of the 18th to 20th Centuries from a private botanical collection. These vessels were sculpted in silver, gold, bronze, ivory and porcelain to hold costly contents availabe to the privileged few.

The exhibit is funded in part by the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod.
