Edible Wild Plants and Mushrooms of New England
Thursday, October 01, 2009 Russ Cohen, expert forager and author of "Wild Plants I Have Known...and Eaten" will tell us about some of the tastiest edible wild plants and mushrooms from our region. He will present information for each species, with ID tips, edible portions, season of availibity, and preparation methods, along with general guidelines for sale and environmentally responsible foraging. He will also bring a foraged goodie for all to taste.
